3 weeks in and something is different this time………..I really don’t have any cravings but the acid reflux and bloating is crazy. I started cycling at the same time I quit smoking, maybe that is the reason for the bruises. I realize now I wasn’t ready to quit.I honestly didn’t want to, but knew I needed to. I had the craziest dreams, was tired all the time, super anxious, and fell into a deep depression. I’ve noticed more energy throughout the day and more vivid dreams. please help me to understand why this is happening and if this is a normal side effect of quitting… I’m just glad I’m not a smoker, but I feel life has been a living hell the last 6 months.
