Last night for instance I had some bean chili with mixed greens and some yogurt and that was it. The bloating sensation, nausea and headache started very quickly and lasted through the entire night and have not subsided even in the morning. I woke up wanting to throw up but simply couldn’t so now I cannot go to work and sitting at home feeling miserable. I have been experiencing heartburn, constipation, severe bloating and generally GI discomfort since my teenage years.
Luckily everything returned clear, and I was prescribed medication for acid reflux. It appeared to help just a little but I am now having the same problems but still dropping weight. I can’t eat any meats or breads and it’s hard to drink water, I can only take few sips at a time. So far, I could eat a cup of oatmeal each morning, cup of soup at noon and cup of cereal about 5 pm, but now Personally i think weak and sleepy quite often. I’ve tried taking a nutritional supplement nonetheless it wont stay down.
